I know I’m late on this but I had to reply because the very essence of my soul is “fangirl.” My most long-standing, passionate fangirling is reserved for U2 and Bono in particular. I met him for the first time in a completely random way. I was in Chicago to see my first U2 concert and I saw Bono riding a bike while I was running around in a swimsuit with a T-shirt over it. So, yes, I looked like I was pantsless. I also felt like I would throw up on him if I dared open my mouth to speak. I am never going to be able to have a normal conversation with the man but I swear I will keep trying until one of us gets a restraining order.

When meeting face to face, I have surprisingly kept my cool. But in a crowd, at a legit fan event, mob mentality takes over and I am a crazy screaming fan girl. Everyone has their moments, right?

i remember when i meet my fav actor (he is name Kwon sang woo) while he is come my country (indonesia)..i cant see anything when i meet and dinner with him..iam speechless,,OMG OMG..this is real iam meet him,,,i cant believe,,but is true, iam sit and dinner with him,after dinner iam take picture together..^^

I have never met a celebrity, but I do have a fangirl moment when I had the honor of meeting and assisting a soldier injured in Afganistan who was on his way home after receiving medical care and was in the USO canteen where I volunteer. He was with his mom and their plane was delayed so I arranged some transportation for them. I was in the company of a very young hero and I will never forget it.

I’ve seen tv/movie stars who were Grand Marshalls in our Battle of Flowers, River and Flambeau parades during Fiesta. I did finally get to meet a Cassidy!:) Patrick Cassidy who was doing a “Broadway on Tour” of “Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat”. Now all I need to do is meet his big brother Shaun, my teen idol love!
